Membership provides an opportunity to become part of Institute of Labour and Management (ILM) and contribute to its objectives through professional engagement, knowledge sharing and meaningful participation.

Categories of Membership

Life Member

Life Membership is open to eligible individuals who are interested in supporting and promoting the objectives of the Institute. It provides an opportunity for long-term association with the Institute and participation in its activities. Life Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or above, of sound mind, and have a keen interest in promoting the objectives of the Institute.

Institutional Member

Institutional Membership provides an opportunity for organisations and institutions to associate with the Institute and support its objectives. Membership enables institutions to establish a formal association with the Institute and contribute to its professional and developmental initiatives.

Student Member

The Student Membership is available to college students to provide an opportunity for young learners to associate with the Institute and engage with its professional and academic activities.

Co-opted Member

Co-opted Membership is available to eminent persons who have held high positions and whose experience and advice can contribute to strengthening the Institute.

Membership Fee

How to Apply

Those interested in becoming members may submit the prescribed online membership application along with the applicable membership fee. The Executive Committee considers membership applications in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Institute.
